Злой сиреневый лес

Помнит глаз Ее блеск,

Где в безвременье стыла память.

Рог Ее исцелял

И листве не давал

Увянуть.

Седина в белизне

Как нетающий снег,

Как тяжелая пена моря.

Древность дикая в Ней,

Мудрость прожитых дней

И горечь.

Крылья мотыльков

Принесли Ей скорбный зов —

Из седых веков,

Из тревожных снов

Колдовских лесов.

Ветер, ветер

Странствий в бессмертье

Ветер, ветер!

Скачка сквозь вечность

В иные миры…

Прорастая быльём

Время шло сквозь Нее,

Но теперь шла Она сквозь время,

Как подобные Ей,

Становясь для людей

Легендой.

Дивный Единорог

Позабыт и далек

Звезды глаз навсегда угасли.

И цветущей весной

Звать с уздой золотой

Напрасно.

В крыльях мотыльков

Слышно эхо их шагов

Из седых веков,

Из забытых снов

Сожженных лесов.

The eye remembers Her brilliance,

Where memory froze in timelessness.

Her horn healed

Gray hair in white

Like non-melting snow

Like the heavy foam of the sea.

Antiquity is wild in Her,

The wisdom of the days

And bitterness.

Marvelous Unicorn

Forgotten and far away
