Non mi commuovono le storie coi sensi di colpa

Non m’interessa l’opinione di chi la sa lunga

Io voglio raccontare e voglio che mi si racconti

Perché anche il poco che sappiamo è meglio di niente

E sarà dura far scrollar di dosso quest’idea

Che a nominare ciò che esiste non si dice nulla:

Ma l’esistente è anch’esso pane per i nostri denti

Non si può correre soltanto dietro ai sentimenti

I am not moved by stories with feelings of guilt

I don't care the opinion of those who know a lot

I want to tell and I want to be told

Because even the little we know is better than nothing

And it will be hard to shake off this idea
