You have claimed to have made it beyond the disguises and through the folly

By the time that I met you I was far behind where I thought I’d be

Trust in the mask that keeps me one my own

Because it atones me for my lacks

When my heart has gone almost monotone

I hide from the stronger

If we wear our masks then we won’t need others
