Sehnsucht - Fard

Und jedes Mal derselbe Scheiß, wenn ich nach Hause komm'

Dass meine Eltern streiten, hör' ich von hier draußen schon

Ich schäme mich so sehr, die andern Kinder lachen laut

Und wieder steh' ich vor der Tür mit diesem Hass im Bauch

Ich schließ' die Haustür auf, es dauert nur ein Augenblick

Und Vater ruft mir hinterher, ich sei ein Taugenichts

Kein «Hallo!», kein «Wie geht’s?»

auch kein «Guten Tag!»

Niemand hier, der dich mal fragt, wie heute die Schule war

Ich leg kein Wert mehr drauf, das hier ist nicht neu für mich

Doch Hand aufs Herz, mal dir aus, wie enttäuscht du bist

Wenn jeder auf dich scheißt, obwohl du grade zehn bist

Du kommst dir vor wie ein Niemand und schämst dich

Ich teil' mein kleines Zimmer mit meinen drei Geschwistern

Vor Papas Wutanfällen ist von uns keiner sicher

Über dem Bett hängt ein Poster von Zizou

Manchmal wünschte ich, Vater wäre wie du

Dass meine Eltern ihre Sorgen haben, weiß ich auch

Das hier ist zwar eine Familie aber kein Zuhaus

Ich warte jede Nacht, bis sie schlafen und schleich' mich raus

Kletter' hoch auf das Dach und schrei' es raus

Ich sehne mich nach Glück, Halt und Liebe

Geborgenheit in einer Familie

Auf dass der Mann im Mond mich heute Nacht sieht

Ich schließ' meine Augen und flieg'

Hier oben auf dem Dach bin ich endlich ganz allein

Hier hör' ich weder meine Eltern, noch die Nachbarn schreien

Anarchie für mich und meine Fantasie

Niemand schaut zu, nur die Sterne in der Galaxie

Ich stell' mir vor, es wäre Sommer und ich komme heim

Durch unser Küchenfenster sehe ich die Sonne scheinen

Sie sitzen da, alle gemeinsam beim Esstisch

Und Vater ruft: «Los mein Sohn, komm und setz dich!»

Die Bilder machen mich nur einen Moment kurz schwach

Ich stell' mir vor, heute wäre mein Geburtstag

Ich hätt' 'ne Party, so wie all' die andern Kinder auch

So viel Geschenke, dass die anderen im Zimmer staunen

Mama sah aus wie ein Engel, der ein Kleid trug

Sie hat gesagt, dass es ihr wegen neulich leid tut

Hier oben auf dem Dach werden all die Wunder wahr

In meiner Fantasie war ich nicht mehr unsichtbar

Ich will nicht viel, nur das, was hier jeder hat

Eine Familie, die zusammen hält und Seele hat

Die Sonne geht auf und legt sich auf meine Haut

Nobody here to ask you how school was today

I don't value it anymore, this isn't new to me

But honestly, imagine how disappointed you are

When everyone gives a shit about you even though you're only ten

You feel like a nobody and are ashamed

I share my little room with my three siblings

None of us are safe from dad's tantrums

A poster of Zizou hangs above the bed

Sometimes I wish father was like you

I also know that my parents have their worries

This is family, but not home

I wait until they sleep every night and sneak out

Climb up on the roof and shout it out

I long for happiness, support and love

Security in a family

May the man in the moon see me tonight

I close my eyes and fly

I'm finally all alone up here on the roof

Here I hear neither my parents nor the neighbors screaming

Anarchy for me and my imagination

Nobody is watching, only the stars in the galaxy

I imagine it's summer and I'm coming home

I can see the sun shining through our kitchen window

They sit there, all together at the dining table

And father calls: "Come on, my son, come and sit down!"

The pictures only make me faint for a moment

I imagine today would be my birthday

I'd have a party, like all the other kids

So many gifts that the others in the room are amazed

Mom looked like an angel wearing a dress

She said she was sorry about the other day

Up here on the roof, all the wonders come true

In my imagination I was no longer invisible

I don't want much, just what everyone here has

A family that sticks together and has soul

The sun rises and settles on my skin

I close my eyes again and scream it out

I long for happiness, support and love
