Ho risparmiato tanto, ho comprato un grosso camion

anni prima di prendermi un diploma

E' un pezzo che e' attaccato al muro, c’e' il mio nome scritto in oro;

Ricordo mia madre volle festeggiare

Non le sembrava vero tutto questo gran studiare

Cerca oggi cerca domani, lavoro non ne trovo;

«E' strano» mi dico «In fondo ho fatto l’istituto professionale;

Non dico d’esser bravo, d’altronde loro strumenti non me ne han dati

Ma almeno cominciare»

Ed invece mi arrabatto con lavori e lavoretti che mi danno poche lire

Li ho provati quasi tutti;

sono stufo di tirare questa cinghia senza fine

Sono stanco di pensare se anche questo mese arrivero' alla fine

Mi han detto che col camion si riesce sempre a lavorare

E' buffo ma, ammesso che tu ci riesca, devi anche ringraziare

C’e' di buono che a me piace girare

Sentire nuove voci, starle ad ascoltare
