Forse è vero che a Cuba non c'è il paradiso

Che non vorremmo essere in Cina a coltivare riso

Che sempre più spesso ci si trova a dubitare

Se in questi anni non abbiamo fatto altro che sognare

E' che viviamo in un momento di riflusso

E ci sembra che ci stia cadendo il mondo addosso

Che tutto quel cantare sul cambiar la situazione

Non sia stato che un sogno o un’illusione

Ma no non è un’utopia

Non è uno scherzo della fantasia

No non è una bugia

È solo un gioco dell’economia

E se in questi anni tanti sogni son sfumati

In compenso tanti altri li abbiamo realizzati

C'è chi silenziosamente si è infiltrato dentro al gioco

E ogni giorno lentamente lo modifica di un poco

Ed è normale che ci si sia rotti i coglioni

Di passare la vita in dibattiti e riunioni

E che invece si cerchi di trovare

Nella pratica un sistema per lottare

Ma no non è un’utopia

Non è uno scherzo della fantasia

No non è una bugia

È solo un gioco dell’economia
