Был готов к отплытью катер, на посту стоял минер.

Через борт с подружкой Катей вел секретный разговор:

«Разрешите обратиться, я сменюсь после ноля,

Предлагаю прокатиться там, где минные поля.»

Сомневается дивчина: «Страшно с вами там идти,

От любви или от мины не взорваться бы в пути!»

Отвечает он с обидой: «Ваши страхи мне смешны,

Мины нам, специалистам, абсолютно не страшны!

Правда, кой-кого взрывает, ну да нам не привыкать,

Двух смертей ведь не бывает, а одной не миновать.»

Духом девушка поникла, глядя в моря синеву:

«Я взрываться не привыкла, я уж лучше поживу.»

«Я все мины знаю лично, — вновь минер ей говорит.

Вот идет товарищ мичман, он вам тоже подтвердит.»

Только мичман очень круто прекратил дальнейший спор:

«Получите двое суток, разговорчивый минер.»
