Si nous nous croisons en enfer

Espérons qu’on l’ait mérité

Que toutes les horreurs qu’on a faites

Aient toutes été bien recensées

Des fois qu’on en ait oublié

Parmi celles dont on était fier

Si l’on se croise avec des fourches

Dans le dos, il faut espérer

Qu’on aura assez profité

De ces bons mots qui mettent à terre

Un très vieil ami ou un frère

Qu’on y aura pas résisté

Si on se croise la peau roussie

Par les flammes, mieux vaudrait avoir

Connu la joie d’avoir trahi

D'ôter le verre à qui veut boire

Et n’pas s'être ému du malheur d’autrui

Avant d’en avoir peur

Tant qu'à se croiser en enfer

Souhaitons d’avoir à regretter

Assez d’horreurs qu’on aura faites

Ou vu faire en laissant filer

Ce sera bien assez cher payé

Que de se partager l’enfer

Hope we deserved it

Among those we were proud of

If we cross with pitchforks

In the back, hopefully

That we will have enjoyed enough

Of those good words that bring you down

A very old friend or brother

We couldn't resist

If we meet with scorched skin

Through the flames, better have

Known the joy of having betrayed

To take the glass away from anyone who wants to drink

And not being moved by the misfortune of others

Before I'm scared

As long as we meet in hell

Wish we had to regret

Enough horrors that we will have done

Or seen doing letting go

It will be quite expensive enough to pay

Than share hell
