Scheinheilig - Curse

Viele fragen mich ob ich gläubig bin, die Antwort ist ja

Viele denken sich ich bin Moslem, denn ich sag doch Allah

Doch ich bin weder Moslem noch Christ und auch nicht Buddhist

Ich glaub nur für mich, weiß, dass es Gott gibt und er bei mir ist

Egal für mich ob ich Vater sag, Allah oder er

Das sind nur Worte, der Geist ist allwissend und ist viel mehr

Es ist jetzt lange her, dass ich als kleiner Junge vorm schlafen

Noch gebetet habe, Es kam mir so vor als ob wir zwei sprachen

Ich hab ihn damals darum gebeten, Mich zu schützen im Leben

Meine Familie zu behüten, Und um Glück und um Segen

Trotzdem war alles nicht so leicht, Ich hab oft geweint in der Zeit

Es gibt Momente wo der Tod als die letzte Hoffnung erscheint

Doch das war nicht der Weg den mir der Vater zu gehen gab

Das weiß ich jetzt, ich leb jeden Tag, weil ich Segen hab

Versuch mich immer zu entsinnen wer ich bin und woher ich komm

Aus Schöpfung und Licht, Nicht plötzlich aus Nichts wird Leben gewonnen

Ich wurde konfirmiert, hab studiert, Und gelauscht bei des Pfarrers Worten

Aber trotzdem oder gerade deshalb blieb vieles verborgen

So begann ich dann erneut meine Suche von Anfang an

Ich hab selbst geforscht und gebohrt, Gelang an Antworten ran

Gelang an Grenzen des Verstandes denen nur Logik bekannt ist

Irgendwann ist der Punkt gekommen an dem der Kopf nicht mehr standhielt

Ich klapp die Bücher zu, laß Gedanken ruhen und sich setzen

Denn die beste Verbindung ist und bleibt allein die Direkte

Ich falte Hände, besinn mich auf das beten vorm schlafen

Anstatt zu lesen über Engel will ich hören was sie sagen

Denn das Signal ist immer da, wir brauchen nur die Antennen

Halt meine Handflächen nach oben als Symbol der Empfängnis

Ich bin nicht würdig doch mich dürstet es nach Wasser des Lebens

Dem Manna der Seele, Ich hör auf Allah und folge seiner Wege

Nicht zufrieden in den Kirchen zu sitzen wo Bibeln sind

Und man Lieder singt die nur lustlos und bieder sind, mir zuwider sind

Hin und Wieder sind Fuffies und Hunnies im Klingelbeutel

Der Pastor freut sich, Der Geber erhofft sich das Gott sein Freund ist

Bereut nichts, doch fühlt sich eindeutig besser

Man geht zur Beichte, kriegt schnell Ruhm, Beginnt zu beten für Vergebung auf

Bestellung

Und dann wirds schon, Die Christen erfüllen die Pflicht

Man entschuldigt sich, Würdigt den Herrn und sündigt nicht, Wenigstens einmal

wöchentlich

Außerdem öffentlich, So das jeder sehen kann wie fromm man ist

Mitbekommt wer allsonntaglich pünktlich und auch noch vorne sitzt

Die Farce ist groß, Keiner sucht Gott sondern wartet bloß

Auf das Jesus kommt und sie holt von den geistig Toten wie Lazarus

Was bleibt mir schon, Wahrscheinlich alleinig ich, doch das reicht mir nicht
