Как он солнце нашёл да по звёздам прошёл,

За тридевять земель,

Неба на краю

Пляшет прах

По трухлявым, перекошенным пням да наводит на свет

Серый пепел порчи.

А над всей землёй

Солнца нет сто лет —

Только ночь да разорванных звёзд клочья!

В мути-темени чах.
