Без криков – «ура!»

и без залпов салюта,

На винт намотав только мили и дни,

Приходит корабль,

не меняя маршрута,

И с пристанью ночь коротают они.

А завтра в тиши,

резать волны готовый,

Нацелится в путь и станет трубить.

И снова души

не пускают швартовы,

И снова до встречи их надо рубить.

Огни маяка –

звезды в небе полночном, –

В какие б корабль не манили края,

С причала рука –

все компасы точно

Признают – она самый верный маяк.

Корабль – это я.

И парус, и мачты.

И путь мой туда,

где небо и море без дна.

Корабль – это я.

И мне на удачу,

На новую встречу все машет с причала она.

Recognize - it is the most faithful beacon.

The ship is me.

Both the sail and the masts.

And my way there

where the sky and the sea without a bottom.
