И ежась, и дрожа на холоду.

И все ж найти спасительное пламя

И, обогревшись, позабыть беду.

И вновь спешить неверными шагами,

Скользить, пока не упадешь на льду.

Барахтаться, вставать и падать снова

На плоскости покрова ледяного,

И все стремиться к очагу, домой.

И слышать там, в уюте душу грея,

Как из железных врат летят бореи…

Бывает все же радость и зимой!
