Свет, яркий свет полон залы сейчас,

Тысячи разных взволнованных глаз —

Они как судьи.

Вот и опять, как и сто лет назад,

Театр всегда — это рай, это — ад,

И так и будет.

Он по-другому открыл этот мир,

Чехов, Толстой, Вальтер Скотт и Шекспир

Так будет вечно.

Театр это боль, это слезы и смех,

Это мгновение и это на век —

Он бесконечен…

Годы проходят, но не беда,

Театр не мода, вечен всегда,

На столе в гримерной парик лежит,

Все волненьем дышит — театр жизнь!

Здесь нет ни фальши, ни капли ни лжи,

Все до конца — настоящая жизнь,

Любовь и дело.

Театр — это значит смех до слез,

Театр — это значит все в серьез,

Все до предела.

Но наступает минута, когда,

Театр уходит от нас навсегда,

Как боль и радость!
