Victor Young (1900–1956) was an American-born composer, arranger, and violinist. He worked in the genres of soundtracks, pop music, and jazz. Victor Young wrote music for numerous films, including such notable works as the soundtrack to Around the World in 80 Days, for which he received a posthumous Оскар .
