Томер Йосеф is an Israeli vocalist and one of the founding members of the Israeli-American electrofolk band Balkan Beat Box . He was born on September 8, 1975, in Israel. He began his career in 1994 as a stand-up comedian, performing on Israeli radio and television, as well as appearing in television series. As part of Balkan Beat Box Tomer Yosef became known for his unique blend of traditional music and contemporary genres. The band released several successful albums and gained international recognition. Томер Йосеф made a significant contribution to the development of electrofolk music, popularizing it worldwide.
