Tank , born Durell Babbs , is an American R&B singer, songwriter, and record producer. He began his career as a backing vocalist for Алии and signed with Blackground Records in 1998. His 2001 single "Maybe I Deserve" reached the top 40 of Billboard Hot 100 and served as the lead track of his debut album, Force of Nature , which reached the top 10 Billboard 200 His second album One Man also reached the top 20 but received mixed reviews from critics.
