Сурганова и Оркестр is a Russian rock band founded in 2003. The group emerged from the collaboration between Svetlana Surganova and the musical ensemble «Север Комбо» The band's frontwoman, Svetlana Surganova, describes their style as "VIP-Punk-Decadence." The core of their repertoire consists of songs written by Surganova herself, as well as compositions based on poems by classical and contemporary poets. Among the band's most famous songs are «Мураками» «Корабли» «Весна» , «Ты» and «Апрельская» ." Сурганова и Оркестр made a significant contribution to the development of Russian rock, combining poetry and music in a unique style.
