ШЕFF (real name: Vladislav Vadimovich Valov) is a Soviet and Russian rap artist, born on July 8, 1971. He is the founder and permanent member of the rap group Bad Balance , one of the first hip-hop groups in Russia. ШЕFF is also known as a music producer, organizer of hip-hop festivals, and video director. His work includes such hits as "Город джунглей" and "Чисто про..." . In addition to music, he is actively involved in breakdancing, visual arts, and writing. ШЕFF made a significant contribution to the development of Russian rap, becoming one of its pioneers.
