
Sanjeev Abhyankar is an Indian vocalist born on October 5, 1969. He is a representative of Mewati Gharana , performing Hindustani classical music. In 1999, Sanjeev Abhyankar won the National Film Award for Best Male Vocal Performance for the song "Suno Re Bhaila" from the film The Godmother. In 2008, he was awarded the Kumar Gandharva National Award, presented by the Government of Madhya Pradesh for outstanding achievements in classical music. His work has made a significant contribution to the preservation and development of traditional Indian music.
