Rasco (real name Keida Brewer ) is an American rapper born on September 10, 1970, in Cleveland, Ohio. Despite his Ohio roots, he rose to prominence through his work in the California hip-hop scene. Rasco is also known as Rasco the Cali Agent and is one half of the duo Cali Agents . His work includes albums such as "Time Waits for No Man" and "Hostile Environment" Rasco has made significant contributions to the development of underground hip-hop, combining sharp lyrics with the genre's classic sound.
