Pete Parkkonen is a Finnish singer, born on February 8, 1990. He rose to fame after competing in the fourth season of Finnish Idol , where he finished third. After the show Pete Parkkonen launched a solo career, releasing The First Album in 2009, which topped Finnish Albums Chart . In 2010, he released his second album I'm an Accident . Pete Parkkonen performs songs in both Finnish and English, combining elements of pop and rock sounds. His work has contributed to the development of contemporary Finnish pop music.
