Cheek , born Яре Хенрик Тиихонен , is a Finnish rapper born on December 22, 1981. His work spans pop, R&B, and hip-hop. Cheek became one of the most prominent figures in the Finnish music scene, releasing numerous hits and albums that received acclaim from both audiences and critics. In November 2017, he announced the end of his music career, citing loss of privacy and negative attention. Cheek final concert took place on August 25, 2018, in his hometown of Lahti. His contribution to the development of Finnish hip-hop remains significant.
