Paul Butterfield (full name Paul Vaughn Butterfield ) was an American blues singer and harmonica player, born on December 17, 1942, in the United States. In the early 1960s, he founded The Paul Butterfield Blues Band Band, which was one of the first to combine elements of blues and rock music.
