New Radicals was an American rock and pop project formed in 1997 by musician Gregg Alexander. Known for its brief but impactful existence, the group released only one album, "Maybe You’ve Been Brainwashed Too", which achieved gold certification in the United States. The album featured the hit singles "You Get What You Give" and "Someday We’ll Know", both of which received significant airplay and acclaim. Gregg Alexander was the sole writer, producer, and creative force behind the project. On July 12, 1999, citing exhaustion from touring and disillusionment with the music industry, Alexander disbanded New Radicals, leaving a lasting mark on late '90s pop-rock.
