Мумий Тролль is a Soviet and Russian rock band from Vladivostok, founded on October 16, 1983. Its permanent leader and ideologist is Илья Лагутенко . The band gained widespread recognition for its unique style of Russian rock. In 2001, Мумий Тролль represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest, where they finished 12th. Among their most famous songs are "Владивосток 2000" "Утекай" and "Дельфины" Мумий Тролль made a significant contribution to the development of Russian rock, remaining one of the most influential bands in the genre.
