Madchild is a Canadian rapper born on October 21, 1975, in Canada. He is best known as a member of the Vancouver-based hip-hop group Swollen Members. In 2009, he launched his solo career with the release of "The Madchild EP". His debut album, "Dope Sick", followed in 2012, earning critical acclaim. Subsequent albums include "Lawn Mower Man" (2013), "Silver Tongue Devil" (2015), and "The Darkest Hour" (2017). In 1993, he was inducted as a member of the prestigious Rock Steady Crew.
