Luis Rodriguez is a Spanish producer, arranger, musician, and sound engineer born in 1948. He is best known for his work as co-producer of the band Modern Talking . From 1984 to 2001 Luis Rodriguez collaborated extensively with Dieter Bohlen , contributing songs to projects such as CC Catch and Blue System collective. The song "Brother Louie" which became a worldwide hit in 1986, was written in his honor. Luis Rodriguez has made significant contributions to the development of dance music and the electronic music scene.
