Кирилл Кондрашин (1914–1981) was a prominent Soviet conductor from Russia and a People's Artist of the USSR. He made a significant contribution to the development of world classical music, performing works by both Russian and foreign composers. Кондрашин was a recipient of two Сталинских премий and Государственной премии РСФСР имени Глинки .
