
Harry Warren (1893–1981) was an American-born composer and lyricist. He was the first successful songwriter to write music specifically for film. Warren won three Оскар Awards for his songs " Lullaby of Broadway ," " You'll Never Know " and " On the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe ." His music also formed the basis for the celebrated musical " 42-я улица ." Harry Warren made a significant contribution to the development of film scores, becoming a pioneer in the field.
