Glen Matlock is a British bass guitarist born in 1956, best known as a founding member of the punk band Sex Pistols. Drummer Paul Cook credited Matlock with writing much of the music and lyrics for the band, with vocalist Johnny Rotten making adjustments. Matlock is officially co-credited on 10 of the 12 tracks from the iconic album "Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols". Beyond his work with Sex Pistols, he has pursued a solo career and toured with various bands, showcasing his enduring influence on punk music.
