
Frankie Trumbauer, born as Ори Фрэнк Трамбауэр, was an influential American jazz saxophonist and bandleader. Known for his mastery of the C-melody saxophone, he was born in 1901 and became a prominent figure in the jazz scene of the 1920s and 1930s. Collaborating frequently with cornetist Bix Beiderbecke, their recordings, such as "Singin' the Blues", are considered milestones in jazz history.
