Erroll Garner
Эрролл Гарнер (born Эрролл Луис Гарнер ) is an American jazz pianist, born in 1921 in the United States. One of the foremost innovators and virtuosos of jazz piano, he developed a unique "orchestral" playing style that influenced musicians such as Оскар Питерсон , Джордж Ширинг , and Ахмад Джамал . His most famous composition is "Misty" which has become a jazz standard. Гарнер also led ensembles and recorded for various labels, leaving a significant legacy in traditional jazz. His contribution to the genre remains unrivaled.
