Eliane Elias (also known as Элиан Элиас ) is a Brazilian-American pianist, singer, and songwriter, born March 19, 1960. She works in the genres of jazz, world classical, and contemporary jazz. Eliane Elias is known for her virtuoso piano performances and unique vocal style. During her career, she has released numerous albums, including "Made in Brazil" which won a Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album. Her work combines Brazilian rhythms with jazz improvisations, making her one of the preeminent figures in contemporary jazz.
