DJ Paul (real name Paul Duane Burke) is an American DJ, record producer, and rapper, born January 12, 1977. He is a founding member of the hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia , which won an Oscar for its song "It's Hard out Here for a Pimp" DJ Paul is also known as the half-brother of rapper Lord Infamous and co-owner of the esports organization FaZe Clan . His solo work includes albums and mixtapes that have cemented his reputation in the electronic and hip-hop genres. DJ Paul has had a significant influence on the development of Southern hip-hop.
