DJ Mephisto , real name Тейс Михил Вервест , is a Dutch DJ, record producer, and composer born in 1969. He is a key figure in the world of electronic dance music. DJ Mephisto has held the number one spot on the DJ Mag Top 100 three times in a row: 2002, 2003, and 2004. He has also won the title of World's Best DJ by International Dance Music Awards : 2007, 2008, and 2009. His contributions to electronic music have made him one of the most decorated DJs in the history of the genre.
