
Chet Baker (real name Chet Baker) is an American jazz trumpeter, born December 23, 1929, in the United States. One of the leading musicians of modern jazz, he was the first white trumpeter of the cool style in combo jazz. Chet Baker played a key role in Джерри Маллигана experiments with keyboardless formations, where the absence of a piano was compensated for by complex polyphony.
