Arthur Baker is an American music producer and DJ, born April 22, 1955. He is known for his work in the dance, electronic, and house genres. Arthur Baker has collaborated with artists such as Afrika Bambaataa , Planet Patrol , and the British band New Order . His notable remixes include Jill Jones "Mia Bocca" and Pet Shop Boys track "In the Night," which became the theme song for the BBC television program The Clothes Show (1986–1994). His "Massive Jungle Mix" remix of Tina Turner "Whatever You Want" reached the UK Top 40. Arthur Baker had a significant influence on the development of dance music and remixes in the 1980s.
