Amaranthe is a Swedish-Danish metal band founded in 2008 by Jake E. Lundberg and Olof Mørck. The band is distinguished by its unique blend of melodic death metal, power metal, and electronica. Vocalists Элиз Рид and Энди Сольвестрём and drummer Мортен Лёве joined the project early on, and bassist Йохан Андреассен later joined.
