Корней Чуковский (real name Николай Корнейчуков ) was a Russian and Soviet writer, born in 1882 in Russia. He became known as the author of children's literature, including audio fairy tales and poems for children. Чуковский was a laureate of the Lenin Prize and a recipient of the Order of Lenin. His works, such as "Moidodyr" and "Aibolit," have become classics of children's literature. In 2017, the combined circulation of his books exceeded two million copies. Корней Чуковский had a huge influence on the development of children's literature in Russia, remaining one of the most published authors in the field.
