Ephemeral -

Suffering is a reminder that I’m still alive.

The best lessons of life are those that I´ve learned from suffering.

I watched everything fade away and here I am now.

Stronger, standing on this ground where I shed all my tears.

I was like ashes that wind carried to different places so far from home.

I was like mist that fades away in just a blink.

Time didn’t stop, it never stopped.

So don´t lose heart.

We´ll never understand why we have to get through this, but we are more that

just

a moment of pain.

We must learn that suffering is a chance to grow.

Suffering is a reminder that I´m still alive.

It´s a chance to learn that all this is ephemeral.

Weakness is a part of us that can be change.

If we could see pain from another perception it would be easier.

So don’t lose heart, even if this pain burns inside our chest and breaks our

bones

in thousands pieces.

For this is momentary, this affliction is preparing us to learn that we are

more than

this pain.

This is ephemeral.
