По дороге в Балхаш,

Средь казахской степи,

Стоял саксаул

и отбрасывал тень

Я ходил все вокруг,

Я ходил, как старик

И трогал ветер,

Что колышет ячмень

On the way to Balkhash

In the middle of the Kazakh steppe,

There was a saxaul
