Зима - Витас

У леса на опушке жила зима в избушке,

Она снежки солила в березовой кадушке,

Она сучила пряжу, она ткала холсты,

Ковала ледяные, да над реками мосты.

Потолок ледяной, дверь скрипучая,

За шершавой стеной тьма колючая,

как шагнешь за порог, всюду иней,

А из окон парок синий-синий.

Ходила на охоту, гранила серебро,

Сажала тонкий месяц в хрустальное ведро,

Деревьям шубы шила, торила санный путь,

А после в лес спешила, чтоб в избушке отдохнуть.

Потолок ледяной, дверь скрипучая,

За шершавой стеной тьма колючая,

как шагнешь за порог, всюду иней,

А из окон парок синий-синий.

At the edge of the forest, winter lived in a hut,

She salted snowballs in a birch tub,

She wove yarn, she wove canvases,

She forged ice bridges and bridges over rivers.

The ceiling is icy, the door is creaky,

Behind the rough wall, the darkness is prickly,

as you step over the threshold, frost is everywhere,

And from the windows the park is blue-blue.

Went hunting, cut silver,

I planted a thin moon in a crystal bucket,

She sewed fur coats for trees, toiled a sledge track,

And then she hurried to the forest to rest in the hut.
