Как по небу ходят табунами облака,

Их табунщики — степные вольные ветра.

Гонят долгогривых быстроногих скакунов,

Что ночами сыпят искрами из-под подков.

Там где травы цвета неба стелятся у ног,

И сверкает чистым золотом речной поток,

Там родные степи покидали навсегда

Те, кого к закату плетью погнала судьба.

Там в глазах пылают угли, да все горячей,

Непокорной и упрямой дочери степей.

Щурится на небо, будто видит в вышине

То, что коршун чертит крыльями по синеве.

Тот, кого ждала ночами сидя у костра,
