А как три цыгана утром к нам на двор

Пришли нахально и легко

Кто-то крикнул вслед, кто-то выглянул в окно:

«Погляди, ушла с цыганом хей-а-хей йо-хо!»

А хозяин за полночь пришёл

Хозяйки нет — и где, и что?

Служанке бы подумать, а потом уж говорить:

«Убегла с цыганом хей-а-хей йо-хо»

«А подать мой белый мерседес!

У джипа сдулось колесо

Отыщу жену, отыщу и его

Цыгана, его мать, а-хей-а-хей йо-хо!»

Он проехал с севера на юг
