Nicht das Licht um ihre Stirn

Läßt das Blut in den Adern frieren

Der ruhige Ton, mit dem Sie spricht

Treibt mir den Schweiß in´s Gesicht

Sie meint, das Sie mich gut kenne

Ob ich wüßte, das meine Seele brenne

Was ich an dieser Welt noch fände?

Das ein bißchen Mut mir gut stände

Und Ich weiß, ich werde langsam paranoid

Und Sie summt ein kleines Totenlied

Ich schließe die Augen — versuche, zu entkommen

Was ist geschehen -Ich will mich schnell besinnen

Ich stiere in´s Dunkel, in den leeren Raum

Da sehe Ich ihn leuchten, ihren fernen Traum

Komm mit mir, Es wird Zeit

Diese Welt zu verlassen

Ich kann Nichts sehen, Nichts tun

Fühle mich nur verblassen

Welch dunkle Macht regiert hier?

Will ich noch fragen

Doch der Wille fehlt — Es auch zu sagen

Im Dunkel zu der Todesstund´

Fühle Ich auf der Haut den Rosenmund
