Ich weiß das Leben ist Leiden doch langsam glaube ich echt

Es gibt hier keinen der in diesen Zeiten noch vor Kraft strotzt

Nicht meckert nicht kotzt, nicht kleckert nur klotzt

Nicht lästert und lügt, der sich selbst genügt

Einer der in sich ruht und sich selbst nicht betrügt

Seinem Schicksal gefügt doch seines eigenen Glückes Schmied

Der aus Rückschlägen noch die richtigen Schlüsse zieht

Einer der liebt nur um der Liebe willen, nicht um sein Verlangen zu stillen

Einer der alles verzeiht, dessen Verstand nicht die ganze Zeit schreit

Der still ist und schweigt und sich im Innern so vom Leiden befreit

Einer der mehr ist als nur ein Teil seiner Welt

Bei dem die Zeit stehn' bleibt wenn er den Atem hält

Ja wer das Zeug dazu hat trete an trete vor

Denn alles andere hier ist nur Show

Noch denkst Du du wärst wer, doch machst du dich erst leer

Dann erkennst du mal wie sehr all das Denken dich ablenkt

Nun erfährst du du bist wer, auch ohne Gedanken

Und bald fällt es dir nicht schwer Dich darin zu verankern

Erst beruhigt sich dein Atem du folgst ihm nach innen

Lässt die Augenlider fallen und bist mit all deinen Sinnen

Im Innern und es reicht Dir einfach nur zu atmen

Was du dann entdeckst ja soviel darf ich verraten

Ist mehr wert als irgendjemand jemals verlor

Ist nicht sehr schwer, nur 21 Gramm oder so

Keiner weiß mehr, wie kommt man durch das innere Tor

Doch die Bestimmung sie dringt durch alle Schichten empor

Ja die Befreiung von Allem steht wohl uns allen bevor

Wenn nicht im Leben dann auf jeden, wenn der Tod einen holt

Wenn auch von keinem gewollt, am Ende geht es jedem so

Und eben deshalb ist es besser ihr genießt die Show

more bad than right?

I know life is suffering but I'm starting to believe it's real

There is nobody here who is still bursting with strength in these times

Don't complain, don't puke, don't spill, just slouch

Neither blasphemes nor lies, who is self-sufficient

One who rests in himself and does not deceive himself

Subordinate to his fate, but the blacksmith of his own fortune

Who still draws the right conclusions from setbacks

One who loves only for love's sake, not to satisfy his desire

One who forgives everything, whose mind doesn't scream all the time

Who is still and silent and thus frees himself from suffering inside

One who is more than just a part of his world

Where time stands still when he holds his breath

Yes, if you have what it takes, step up

Because everything else here is just for show

You still think you're someone, but first you empty yourself

Then you realize how much all that thinking distracts you

Now you find out who you are, even without thoughts

And soon it won't be difficult for you to anchor yourself in it

First your breath calms down, you follow it inside

Drop your eyelids and be with all your senses

Inside and it's enough for you just to breathe

What you then discover, yes, I can reveal that much

Is worth more than anyone ever lost

Is not very heavy, only 21 grams or so

Nobody knows anymore how to get through the inner gate

But the determination penetrates through all layers

Yes, the liberation from everything is imminent for all of us

If not in life then certainly when death takes you

Even if nobody wanted it, in the end it's the same for everyone

And that's why it's better you enjoy the show
