Vampire -

He had blood on his lips, on his finger tips

He had the devil in his eyes

His skin was white, like he’d had a fright

It was cold and he asked if he could stay the night

I let him in through the doorway

And he hung up his long black cloak

In the mirror he cast no reflection

I thought maybe, the mirror’s just broke

I guess I knew that he was a vampire

All the signs, they said beware

But that night I didn’t care

He swept me up the stairs, he laid me on the sheets

Gave me a cold black stare, and he bared his sharp white teeth

I said do you want some wine, he said no, you’ll do just fine

And by the way, your immortal soul is mine
