The Higher - The Bitter End

You call it expansion of consciousness, I see fake insight,

into what does not exist, tricking yourself with a false peace,

watch it recede like the tides, my mind fixed on the higher,

concerned with wisdom passed through time,

refusing the roads that increase the void.

No relation to the masses in constant rotation,

looking for anything to occupy the moment, desire feeding the greed.

Still not lockin to the world outside
