The glory

The glory is gutted

Strung up pieces are taken for granted

Grants are going to go to monuments and masterpiece

Please don’t see me saying «I'm easy»

Oh that sound, it’s ringing into sound

But will it be sitting with me?

It’s not what I think, it’s the crowd that sees

Not into Brighton Bay do we all sink

Off the bloody night goes

Off the bloody light goes

Off his bloody shirt goes

Off his bloody head goes

I can’t see it going that bloody easy

I just got used to saying «me I’m easy»
