I am not the roles I play

I’m begging for clarity

In this human race.

It seems that I am nothing but a concept

The prisioner innside me wants out

And touch the world.

When I close my eyes

I see this beautiful place

I am alive in this world

I feel free.

I enjoy the quiet space

I am gently guided in my dreams

I hope that when I open my eyes

This could be real.

Striving attitude and a handfull of nothing

There is always a hidden purpose

And a made up smile.

It’s a never ending circle

Of craving the need for more

I am trying to get through with this ironic life
